Since its prudent beginnings in the nineties, the MFRU’s primary activities are becoming ever-bolder and, with this year’s already nineteenth edition, the festival finds itself among unicums of the Slovenian media space; the meritorious person, Mariborian Jože Slaček, thus managed to build solid foundations for the potential blossoming of our city’s intermedia space in a visionary manner. In his lecture, the author will take a stroll through the history of the festival.
